Strawberry Chia Smoothie

Smoothies are a kid-friendly and even picky eaters love them. Easy to make and full of nutrients, they can be constantly reinvented. And the best part is, kids love to get involved in making their own smoothie bowls or glasses. They love to use crunchy toppings like pumpkin seeds, nuts and added granolas too.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 2 cups ripe strawberries
  • 1 tsp. honey

Instructions:

  1. Blend the strawberries, yoghurt, and honey together. Divide into serving glasses or bowls.
  2. Slice fresh strawberries and let your kids arrange them on the top.
  3. Serve with sprinkles of their choice.
